I just did this baby shower cake! It was so much fun to do. I got the idea from this little block in my sons room. 
I looked at it an thought that it would be cute cake. My sister in laws best friend just adopted a new baby boy, so I couldn't wait to use this idea for her baby shower! I hope she loves it. This is a chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream filling and is covered complete green fondant. The teddy bear is made of fondant also! Feeds up to 25 people.
